etc, I’ve cruised for the last 3 years and am leaving everything except personal items.

There’s a few odd jobs which I ought to disclose:
Knob on stereo doesn’t work, we control it through the Raymarine system. New one approx £400.
Cruising chute has been ripped, fully repaired but missing a small part of the printed logo design.
Starboard engine was lapped at 300 hours. Port engine needed a new gear drive shaft approx 700 hours. Both otherwise been very reliable and serviced regularly.
Water maker likely needs a new pump head, whole pump is approx £300.
TV remote is broken, new tv approx £100.
3 clamshell covers missing from bow throughhulls, approx £30 each.
Bowsprit has a dent on underside. Perhaps £200 to replace.
Small hob ring doesn’t work, might be a simple fix or not. Replace the whole thing for £300.
Spinnaker pole end broken. Replace approx £60.
We’ve lived with these and were planning to bring parts out to fix them when we next visit the boat. None are significant and all are reflected in the price.
